This looks pretty involved, but interesting.
COCONUT CREME ANGLAISE
1 cup raw cashews, soaked 1-2 hours
1/2 cup young coconut meat
1/2 cup agave syrup
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut oil
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until very smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
